The Amati ABB323-O 4-Valve BBb Tuba is a perfect choice for the player looking for a tuba with 4 valves. The ABB323-O Tuba features a .640 inch bore in a compact design with four ergonomic front action nickel plated piston valves with vertical pull tuning slides for a responsive full tone with outstanding response plus a 15.7 inch upright bell for excellent projection. This tuba has a good sound, even intonation and has a good lower register and would work for a good 4-valve beginner horn at the elementary and middle school. The Cerveny CBB 693-4PRX Kaiser 4 Valve BBb Tuba is a very large 4/4 size instruments and puts out an equally large amount of sound. It features a .835-inch bore, nickel-silver leadpipe, and 19.7-inch bell with nickel-silver bell ring which adds some body to the tone.
